Cancellation Policy

  • Effective Date: May 15, 2026

  • This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings made with Dmellos. By confirming a booking, the client agrees to the terms outlined below.

  • 1. Booking Confirmation
  • 1.1 Rehearsal sessions are confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment or full payment, as communicated at the time of booking.

  • 1.2 All payments made toward bookings are subject to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  • 2. Cancellation by Client
  • 2.1 Cancellations can only be made by contacting us via Whatsapp or Phone at +91-893-992-2169

  • 2.2 Clients cancelling more than 72 hours before the scheduled session may:

  • Reschedule the booking to another available slot, or

  • Request a refund, subject to applicable payment gateway or processing charges.

  • 2.2 Cancellation Within 72 to 24 Hours window before the session may be eligible for:

  • Partial refund as per our Refund Policy or rescheduling of the session with additional charges at the discretion of Dmellos.

  • 2.3 Cancellation Within 24 Hours

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking are generally non-refundable.

  • 2.4 No-Show Policy

  • Failure to attend a booked session without prior notice will be treated as a “No Show.”

  • No refunds or credits will be provided for no-show bookings.

  • 3. Rescheduling Policy
  • 3.1 Rescheduling requests are subject to studio availability.

  • 3.2 Only one complimentary reschedule may be permitted per booking, provided sufficient notice is given.

  • 3.3 Repeated rescheduling may require a new booking payment.

  • 4. Late Arrival
  • 4.1 Clients arriving late will not receive extended rehearsal time unless additional time is available and separately charged.

  • 4.2 Refunds or partial credits will not be issued for time lost due to late arrival by the client or any band members.

  • 5. Cancellation or Delays by Dmellos
  • In the rare event that Dmellos must cancel/delay a confirmed booking due to:

  • Technical failure,

  • Power issues,

  • Equipment malfunction,

  • Safety concerns,

  • Emergency situations, or

  • Unforeseen operational circumstances,

  • the client will be offered either:

  • A full/partial refund depending on the percentage of time delayed, or

  • An alternative booking slot.
     

  • 6. Force Majeure
  • Dmellos shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Internet or utility failures

  • Civil disturbances

  • Public emergencies

  • Wars 

  • In such situations, reasonable efforts may be made to reschedule affected bookings.
