Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 15, 2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings made with Dmellos. By confirming a booking, the client agrees to the terms outlined below.

1. Booking Confirmation

1.1 All rehearsal sessions are confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment or full payment.

1.2 Payments made toward bookings are subject to the cancellation and refund terms mentioned in this policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds for cancelled bookings will be processed as follows:

  • Cancellation up to 72 hours before the scheduled session:
    Eligible for a 100% refund

  • Cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled session:
    Eligible for a 50% refund

  • Cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled session:
    Eligible for a 25% refund

  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled session or No-Show:
    No refund will be provided

 

3. Rescheduling Policy

3.1 Rescheduling requests are subject to studio availability.

3.2 Approved rescheduled bookings may not qualify for additional refunds in case of further cancellation.

3.3 Dmellos reserves the right to deny repeated rescheduling requests.

 

4. Late Arrival

4.1 Session timing includes setup, rehearsal, packing, and exit.

4.2 Late arrival by the client or any band member will not result in extension of booking time or refund of unused time.

 

5. Cancellation/Delays by Dmellos

If Dmellos is unable to provide or causes delay in the booked session due to unforeseen operational, technical, or emergency circumstances, clients may be offered:

  • A full or partial refund based on the duration of the delay or

  • An alternative booking slot, subject to availability.

 
6. Refund Processing

6.1 Approved refunds will typically be processed within 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider and banking timelines.

6.2 Payment gateway charges or transaction processing fees (2%), if applicable, may be deducted from the refundable amount.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • No-show bookings

  • Arrival delays

  • Early session termination by the client

  • Violation of studio rules or misconduct resulting in session cancellation
