Terms & Conditions

  • Welcome to Dmellos. By confirming a booking and using the rehearsal studio, all clients, bands, artists, crew members, and guests agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

  • 1. Booking Policy

  • 1.1 All rehearsal sessions are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment, as communicated at the time of booking.

  • 1.2 Studio time is booked in fixed time slots. Clients are expected to arrive and vacate the premises within the booked duration.

  • 1.3 Any extension of rehearsal time is subject to studio availability and additional charges.

  • 1.4 The individual making the booking is responsible for the conduct of all members and guests attending the session.

  • 2. Included Equipment

  • Each standard rehearsal booking includes access to the following studio equipment:

  • 40-Channel Digital Mixing Console

  • 2 Guitar Amplifiers

  • 1 Bass Amplifier

  • Double Keyboard Stand

  • X-Type Keyboard Stand

  • Microphones and DI Boxes as reasonably required

  • 5-Piece Drum Kit with 4 Cymbal Stands and Basic Cymbals

  • 8 Stereo Wired IEM Systems

  • 4 Monitor Wedges

  • 2.1 Equipment is provided in working condition and must be handled responsibly.

  • 2.2 Clients are encouraged to inspect all equipment before the session begins and immediately report any issues to studio staff.
    2.3 Prior information (at least 24 hours) is required for any additional equipment required. 

  • 2.4 Additional equipment requests may incur extra charges and are subject to availability.
     

  • 3. Studio Usage Rules

  • 3.1 The studio premises and equipment must be treated with care and respect at all times.

  • 3.2 No unauthorized modification, rewiring, relocation, or dismantling of studio equipment is permitted.

  • 3.3 Food and beverages must be kept away from all electronic equipment and instruments.

  • 3.4 Smoking, vaping, illegal substances, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited inside the studio premises.

  • 3.5 Excessive disorderly conduct, abusive behavior, or activities deemed unsafe may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

  • 4. Damage & Liability

  • 4.1 The booking party accepts responsibility for any damage caused to studio equipment, furniture, fixtures, or property during the session.

  • 4.2 Any repair or replacement costs resulting from negligence, misuse, or intentional damage shall be borne by the booking party.

  • 4.3 Dmellos shall not be held liable for:

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings

  • Injuries sustained due to misuse of equipment

  • Technical interruptions beyond reasonable control

  • 4.4 Clients are advised not to leave valuables unattended.

  • 5. Session Timing

  • 5.1 Session time includes setup, soundcheck, rehearsal, packing, and exit.

  • 5.2 Late arrival by the client does not extend the booking duration.

  • 5.3 Overtime usage without prior approval may be billed at the prevailing hourly rate.

  • 6. Recording & Content

  • 6.1 Any audio, video, livestream, or content recording inside the studio must be disclosed beforehand.

  • 6.2 The studio reserves the right to deny recording permissions for operational or privacy reasons.

  • 6.3 Clients are solely responsible for obtaining rights, licenses, or permissions related to copyrighted material performed or recorded during sessions.
     

  • 7. Safety & Noise

  • 7.1 Clients must use sound levels responsibly to avoid hearing damage and equipment stress.

  • 7.2 The studio reserves the right to reduce unsafe volume levels when necessary.

  • 7.3 Emergency exits and access pathways must remain unobstructed at all times.


  • 8. Minors

  • 8.1 Clients under 18 years of age must be accompanied or authorized by a parent or guardian.


  • 9. Right of Refusal

  • Dmellos reserves the right to refuse or terminate studio access to any individual or group violating these Terms & Conditions or engaging in unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior.
     

  • 10. Agreement

  • By confirming a booking, entering the studio premises, or using any equipment provided by Dmellos, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full.
